Haia (1975): sessão do Tribunal Internacional de Justiça (TIJ) sobre o Sahara Ocidental

No próximo dia 30 de janeiro (sexta-feira), realiza-se na Nova School of Law (situada no Campus de Campolide 18, Lisboa, junto à Mesquita de Lisboa) a Conferência "Sahara Ocidental na Ordem Jurídica Internacional - 50 anos após o Parecer Consultivo do TIJ". Eis o programa

Cinquenta anos após o Parecer Consultivo do Tribunal Internacional de Justiça sobre o Sahara Ocidental, o estatuto jurídico do território continua a constituir uma das questões mais persistentes e complexas do direito internacional.

Esta conferência reúne especialistas de referência para reavaliar a questão do Sahara Ocidental no quadro da ordem jurídica internacional contemporânea, analisando desenvolvimentos em matéria de autodeterminação, responsabilidade internacional, segurança e atividade económica.

Ao longo de vários painéis temáticos, pretende-se promover uma reflexão crítica sobre os percursos passados e os desafios futuros.
